How I work

I don't stop at the idea.

I like the whole thing: finding the sharpest thought, giving it a personality, building the system around it and staying close until it works in real life. That can mean a new brand, a rebrand, a design system, a product prototype, an ecommerce experience or a campaign that finally gives people a reason to care.

AI has changed how quickly and how fully I can do that. I use it as part of the creative team, helping a lean group make more, test earlier and arrive at a stronger answer without losing the human thought that started it.

Capabilities

Personality first. Then build the system that lets it travel.

A good brand system should make a brand more itself wherever it appears. My work connects the idea, visual language, voice, product and content so the personality survives every touchpoint.

01

Brand development + brand systems

Give the idea a spine.

Positioning, naming, identity, voice and the rules that keep a brand recognisable without making it rigid.

02

Creative direction + art direction

Hold the vision. Raise the standard.

A clear creative centre from the first thought to the final asset, with close attention to what people will actually see and feel.

03

Design systems + rapid product prototyping

Make it usable, not hypothetical.

Working interfaces and prototypes that can be clicked, tested and improved while the idea still has momentum.

04

Generative AI + creative production

Scale the idea without sanding off its character.

AI image, video, copy and production workflows directed as one connected system rather than a collection of disconnected outputs.

05

Digital, ecommerce + DTC

Build for where people actually meet the brand.

Digital experiences, Shopify and content systems designed around attention, action and the commercial job the brand needs to do.

AI and experience

The tools changed. My standards didn't.

Everyone can make something now. Far fewer people can make something that feels ownable, considered and full of character.

AI gives me scale, speed and the freedom to test. Experience tells me what deserves to exist, what should be removed and what will still feel good when the novelty wears off.

That combination lets a lean team do serious work without the old layers or production drag.

Start-ups and micro-SaaS

Sometimes the brief is mine.

I've created start-ups and micro-SaaS products end to end, using AI to shorten the distance between idea and working product. I handle the positioning, naming, brand, UX, prototype, build and go-to-market thinking, often in a fraction of a conventional timeline.

That work has made me a sharper Creative Director. I understand the commercial decision behind the creative one, and I know how to move when time, budget and headcount are real constraints.

Leadership

Give me the problem. I'll own the momentum.

I lead lean teams with a clear creative centre, then bring in the right specialist at the right moment. I'm switched on, hands-on and comfortable making decisions early, because pace comes from clarity rather than panic.

I like hitting the ground running. You get senior thinking close to the work, honest direction and somebody who cares deeply about the final result.
